We aim to despatch all orders within two working days, however during busy periods please allow up to seven days for delivery. Delivery charges for mainland UK are as follows:
- All orders under £40 - £6.50
- All orders under £80 - £7.00
- All orders under £120 - £7.95
- All orders over £120 - Free
Due to Royal Mail's pricing structure and rules on parcel sizing that came into effect on 2nd April 2013, we have unfortunately had to increase our shipping charges.
Returns
Goods may be returned unopened and unused within 7 days at the buyers expense, however refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
DVDs are non-returnable unless proven to be faulty, in which case a replacement will be issued.
Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours.
